Commission consults on ship GHG measure
Brussels, 12th April 2012. The Commission's consultation on including shipping in the EU green house gas reduction commitment has closed.
The consultation was open to individuals and organisations and the reply from Seas At Risk can be downloaded below.
The consultation focused on four possible options: a compensation fund; an emissions trading scheme, mandatory emission reductions, and a tax.
